Wesley Warren Jr., perfect known as the man with the 132-pound scrotum, died Friday, March 14 in Las Vegas because of well being complications. He was 49.

The Las Vegas resident died (*49*) the University Medical Center after being hospitalized for the final five-and-a-half weeks, in step with the Las Vegas Review-Journal, which first reported the news of Warren's death. The exact reason for Warren's demise was once not disclosed, even though his roommate instructed the paper he believed it was once unrelated to his unusual condition.

"He had infections that I think were brought on by his diabetes and then he had those heart attacks," Warren's roommate and pal Joey Hurtado told the Review-Journal.

Warren underwent surgical procedure last April to take away his swollen scrotum, triggered via a painful condition known as scrotal lymphedema. At the time of the process, Warren weighed 500 pounds.

The famous person of TLC's The Man With the 132-Lb Scrotum instructed The Huffington Post in August 2013 that his "personal hell" started in May 2008, after a household mishap that led to a significant damage to his proper testicle.

"Even when I got offers to help, it was hard," he told HuffPost of his daily fight. "My scrotum was so large I couldn't get on a plane. I was too big to use an airplane restroom."
